The Sackville Rivers Association receives funds from the NSLC Adopt-A-Stream program to contribute to river restoration in the Sackville River Watershed. The SRA has received funds from Adopt-A-Stream to restore rivers and brooks in the Sackville River Watershed for many years. Now, thanks to new funding from the NSLC, the SRA has the ability to restore and enhance even more square meters of fish habitat!

The SRA is dedicated to the restoration and preservation of the Sackville River Watershed. Due to industry and urbanization around the watershed, the protection of unique aquatic habitats is a constant concern. Most work takes place during the warm months due to low water levels.
